North Shore business owners that are failing to take a break from their business over the Christmas period can have damaging effects on both their health and their business. While not taking holiday leave can cause exhaustion, anxiety and stress,  it can also lead to reduced levels of productivity and result in a lacklustre start for the business in the New Year.

Can you believe it? Its the end of November already, is it just me or has this year flown by?

We are RES know that this time of year can be either very hectic for business owners or completely dead for others depending on the industry you are in.  Regardless of which, a lot of business owners can throw up there hands and seemingly give up until the new year.  Our advice is to keep at it and get a head start on the new year and all those other businesses and really think about working ON your business.  Where do you want your business to be in 2010?
